YOGA CAMP is for you! Over 4 weeks, learn various kinds of yoga
(safely!), get stronger & leaner while increasing flexibility
and relieving stress, and find your inner goddess on the mat.
You'll leave after 4 weeks' time with all of this plus increased
knowledge on what kind of yoga is for you and how your yoga practice
can complement your fitness regime, or even BE your fitness regime!
Yoga

powerful, time-honored movements that serve to tone the body and
focus the mind. The incredible side effects of yoga include glowing
skin, detoxification of internal organs, improved circulation,
improved lung capacity, weight loss, mindfulness and the ability
to make better decisions after a solid practice, long & lean
muscles, and positive, clear thinking.
Our
yoga camp will include new, fun, powerful routines that will charge
up your body and your mind. You'll learn everything from restorative
to the hardest power yoga you can imagine, as well as get nutritional
tips and ways to take your practice into the home and workplace!
