do I sign-up?
1)
Go to the registration page and choose how many day you want to
sign-up for. You choose to pay by either paypal or by check.
2)
If you pay by paypal, when signing-up please indicate your times
days and size shirt you are. Click

3)
Print your waiver and medical form and sign. You send it with
your check or if paying by paypal bring it your fitness assessment
(some camps dont offer fitness assessment, please check before

4)
If your camp offers fitness assessment we will email you times

I Join any camp?
Yes,
However you have to sign up for the camp that is currently being
offer. If you want to sign-up early for future camps please email
me.

I miss can I roll-over my sessions to the next month?

However you can make your missed sessions durning your 4 week
fitness camp
Can
I pay as I go?
No,
This is program designed for women to reach their fitness goals
to lose weight and get in shape. You wil not be able to reach
your goals if you exercised once a week or two or three times
a month.
Is
there showers?
There
may be showers at some locations it will be posted. The Loop fitness
camp is held in a private loft there are no showers, but there
is changing room and 4 bathrooms. But do not let this stop you.
Many women, such doctors, attorneys, teachers, assistants, traders,
CEO's and many, many more attend this fitness camp. The Loop location
is known as the professionals fitness camp.

are Chicago's Women's Fitness Camps?
Chicago's
Women's Fitness Camps are an indoor 4-week (or in some cases,
less) fitness program led by renowned fitness expert Michelle
Rossfeld or one of her expert Chicago's Women's Fitness Camp coaches/instructors.
Each camp lasts 1 hour in length, and are held Monday thru Thursday
(additional times are offered -- please check our schedule). You
will be motivated, encouraged, inspired and challenged. And you
will have fun while getting a fantastic workout in a non-threatening

Women's Fitness Camp meets at The Bennett Real Estate Building
30 E. Adams. Between State and Wabash on the north side of the
street. There is meter parking on Wabash, Adams, Jackson and Van
Buren Streets. The Red Line is one street away (get off on Jackson
stop). Blue Line is a half a block away. There is a self park
across the street and one half a block East by the El.

does fitness camp different from a boot camp?
Chicago's
Women's Fitness Camp, uses many different type of equipment (i.e.
body weight, weights, bands, balls etc. We also work your core
not just your stomach or hip flexors. Chicago's Women's Fitness

and following instruction. We actually get involved with your

exercises are included in the program?
We
do everything from strength training (upper and lower body), core
conditioning, ball work, calisthenics, plyometrics, circuit training
and Michelle's famous cardio bursts! Everyday is a little different
from the day before and you will get a full body workout every
week!
Small
list of exercise: rows, push ups, triceps extensions, shoulder
presses, biceps curls, squats, lunges, crunches, plank, mountain
jumpers and more.

What
is a typical day like at fitness camp?
You
can expect a mixture of cardio exercises, strength-training, core
exercise, and fitness games. Each day is designed to be fun and
little different from the other days, but never boring! This is
not a military style boot camp. You will train hard, but there
will not be yelling or screaming, but we will motivate and challenge
you.
What
do I need to bring to camp?
It's
Varys form camp to camp, Some locations bring there own weights
and mats and some are supplied. CHeck for more information.
Chicago's
Women's Fitness Camp - Loop: Nothing, except for yourself,
water and comfortable clothing and running shoes. Unlike other
fitness/boot camps who charge the same price, we supply all exercise
equipment. Chicago Women’s Fitness Camp provides workout
mats, dumbbells/bands, and other fitness equipment.
How
many people are in each camp?
This
number varies from 10-20.
What
kind of people go to camp?
Women
just like you - Business Women, Mothers, College students, Retired
women, just to name a few. Many of our fitness campers want to
lose weight and body fat, some want to tone and shape and others
just need to jump start their fitness and wellness program. Many
are tired of the same out routine and are looking for a new challenge
and refreshing way to stay fit. Most of our fitness campers have
some history of exercise, but it's not required. Remember, ALL
FITNESS LEVELS ARE ACCEPTED and ENCOURAGED!
How
soon will I see results?
Improvement
in your body and energy levels can take two to four weeks depending
on your effort level and complimenting your workouts with healthful
eating. It's becoming common to see as much as 2-3 pounds of weight
loss after the first week (if you continue to eat healthy).

Will
I be sore?
Most
women feel some soreness for the first week. After that point,
it is slight to moderate. It's part of the process that leads
to your improvement!
What
if I sign up for the three day plan and then want to do more days
of the camp?
This
happens a lot, many women realize how fun and convenient it is
so they request to sign up for more days. In addition, they realize
that the more days they attend camp the greater the results. In
these situations, we will pro-rated from the point you decide
to join us for more days.
What
will I do after camp is over?
You will get re-measured and tested to show your progress and
success in the program. 80% of the campers return for a second
and even third camp, and returning campers will receive a special
discount on their next fitness camp registration:
Register
for another fitness camp, save $5 off your next full-priced camp.
Register for 2 fitness camps at the same time, save $12 off your
next full-priced camp.

What
if there is not a camp near me?
Women
will travel 30 minutes to train with at Michelle Rosseld fitness
camp. If however you can't find a fitness camp near you, we're
always looking for locations and times that are convenient to
our campers. We need at least 10 committed campers to open a location
(site must not be close to an existing location). We base our
locations solely on demand; so if you don't see it on the website,
contact us and let us know where to put a new camp!
Please note that some sites may require additional work (i.e.
paperwork, scheduling, staffing, etc) that must be completed before
we can launch a new location. Unfortunately, we cannot open a
camp overnight. We thank you in advance for your patience.

Is
there a refund policy?
We
can only give you a credit towards another fitness camp if you
are unable to continue with the one you started with, because
of circumstance beyond your control. You must notify me asap.
This credit is nontransferable. Credit is not given towards private
training. There is no cash refund. However, if it's matter of
life and death and your doctor has you off, CWFC will give a refund
with a doctors note stating you cannot exercise. There will be
$50 administration fee and paypal fee if you paid online. You
can contact Michelle to discuss further.
