Knock it Out!!

Instructor: Michelle Rossfeld
Wednesday: 7:45pm-8:45pm
Tuesdays: 7:45pm-8:45pm
Friday's: 6:30pm-7:30pm

A Fighters Workout

 

This class will include but is not limited to:

Heavy Bag/Mitts
Drills
Calisthenics
Kickboxing/Boxing
Footwork
Core work
Weights/Kettle bells/Ball work
Plyo-metrics

Dont need to bring any equipment, wraps and gloves are included.
The workouts will change day to day and week to week.

Michelle Rossfeld is a certified in Kickboxing and Boxing and has been
training and teaching for 8 years. Michelle is the top female personal trainer
for women in Chicago and trains the Elite of Chicago. Michelle also teaches
fitness camps at the same location in the Chicago Loop.
